three ways to enjoy overnight oats
1. Add milk of your choice, stir, leave it in the fridge for at least 5 hours, wake up, stir… ENJOY!! (You can also microwave for a minute if you prefer it warm!)
2. If you don’t have time to prepare for it overnight, simply add milk of your choice, microwave for 1 minute, let it sit covered for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy a hot cup of superfood oatmeal!
3. If you don’t have time to prepare for it overnight, and don’t have a microwave, simply add boiled water, let it sit for 5 minutes for a hot cup of superfood oatmeal!
