Can't believe it's the end of summer! To carry on the energy of the summer, we are going to suggest a few exercises every week to accompany your already healthier snacks and diet! In addition to all the benefits of feeling and looking awesome, exercises have been proven to improve BRAIN HEALTH! Just to name a few - regular exercises improve memory, prevent diseases like Alzheimer's, improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety!
So three movements this week and it'll only take you 5-10 minutes! We will continue to add on to the exercises every week. Ready?

Nutritional fact of the week: Health Benefits of Chia Seeds!
You probably have noticed by now that we use Chia Seeds in many of our products. Do you know these little seeds that puff up in liquid have many health benefits including brain enhancing benefits?

4. Reduce Inflammation:Chia seeds are wonderfully full of helpful flavanols and other nutrients which act as strong antioxidants. These nutrients help reduce inflammation in your body.
5. Aid Digestion:They naturally help improve your GI health because they're so fibrous.

As usual, you can mix and match your own favorite combination of energy/protein squares and enjoy the 20% discount. To make it easy, we are also offering preset combinations so you don't have to make so many decisions! You can simply send us an email and tell us what you want so you can pick it up from the market!
